Liam at four months

I'm back

We got back from Seattle, where I forgot to take one single picture. HA. Sorry, Mom and Dad.

We ate Ivars, went to the science center, Everett children's museum, took the ferry over to the Olympic Pennesula (didn't make it to Forks; sorry Twilight fans), Magnuson, Koreatown in Tacoma, and Woodland Zoo. General Seattle stuff. It was fun, but Liam didn't sleep as well as I thought he would and he got more and more sleep deprived and thus cranky during the week. It also somehow got up to 103 degrees (new record) and I got a tan. In Seattle. Think about it.

However, this time I did not back the car into anything or get a speeding ticket, things that happened on our two previous vacations. Plus!

Those darn pioneer ancestors

Ten points if you know which book the above title is a chapter.

We just crossed only three states with a thermoelectric cooler, gps, mp3 player, two smart phones, and air conditioning. I would not have made a good pioneer.

Liam the cross dresser

Liam lets me know he's ready to go outside by bringing me his shoes, but sometimes I have to tell him no. So he puts on shoes himself. He just doesn't get the right pair sometimes.

Alana discovers the star

On the play gym is a star that sings and lights up. You can set it so it will start playing whenever it's jostled. Alana discovered very early, just like her brother, that she can kick it to get it going.

Liam, Alana, and the car seat

Liam likes to think of the infant car seat as a perfectly sized rocking chair for him.

Liam has become obsessed with buckles recently
