Seriously? Hasn't the world suffered enough?

Ugh. I read this morning that Stephenie Meyer is releasing a new book. And to make sure that Twilight "saga" gets beaten dead enough, it's yet ANOTHER book that will follow within the existing storyline. Sound familiar? Oh yeah, it was with that horrible experiment, Midnight Mars or Dark Sun Eclipse or whatever. I would love to shake the hand of whoever posted that on the internet and spared the world of another book salivating teen girls can waste their babysitting money on. And oh yes, I read it, and Stephenie, the past tense of "drag" is "dragged" NOT "drug". And that was my smallest objection.

I'm a liberal? Only in Utah.

So I found this quiz online. It's actually pretty interesting. I've never actually qualified my feelings on political issues. But at the same time, not really surprised at the result: left of center (was kind of surprised to see that I leaned more towards Libertarian than Authoritarian seeing as how I don't trust other people-but then I remember that I routinely drive 10 miles over the speed limit).

But hey! I apparently have the same principles as Nelson Mandela. That can't be too bad, right? Take it and tell me where you lie?

UPDATE: I posted this also on Facebook this morning. My cousin got SUPER offended and started to lecture me on how she thought it was "biased" and that it was making the left leaning sound better than the Republicans, etc. Whatever. Take it at your own risk and I'm sorry if you don't like where you end up.

I can't think of an original title right now.

So I typed a whole long diatribe about stupid people in Utah and health care reform, but it was very long and rambling and I didn't say anything particularly original so I deleted it. Here's the main point: PEOPLE SUCK.

If you're wondering why there's been no pictures of Liam lately, it's probably because every picture I take lately is a half naked blur or the top of his head.

New Moon

I want to spend the evening with the New Moon dvd rented from redbox, a bag of cookies, and on the couch, laughing my ass off.

I AM, however, going spend it preparing the RS lesson I got roped into teaching tomorrow. Plus I don't have anyone to mock it mercilessly with me. Probably a waste of a dollar anyway.
